TWS Southeastern Conclave

Another busy weekend! Katie Fletcher and Megan Chandler (undergraduates in our lab) took charge with the rest of the EKU Chapter of The Widlife Society, organizing and hosting the annual TWS Southeastern Conclave. This was a big event, with 20+ schools represented and hundreds of students in attendance! After many rounds of Quiz Bowl and a slew of team and individual competitions on Friday, students were able to participate in field trips at various locations on Saturday. Below is a slideshow of some images from the introductory banquet on the first night, as well as a field trip to Floracliff Nature Sanctuary, a great spot on Kentucky Palisades just up the road from EKU.

Welcome!

This is the new webpage for the Dodd lab at Eastern Kentucky University. We’ve been busy over the past winter, and just returned from the annual meeting of the Southeastern Bat Diversity Network Meeting, held at Lake Guntersville State Park, AL.
